Chiropractor
Joseph Ruane D.C.
Dr. Joseph Ruane was born and raised in Wahiawa, Hawaii. A foster child from a broken home, he worked hard to create a new life for himself after graduating high school. Through a football scholarship, Dr. Ruane obtained an associates degree at the University of Montana Western and eventually a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University- Idaho.
He began Chiropractic school at Parker University and expanded his knowledge of the human body. He learned the important role of the nervous system and how it relates to every aspect of human function and became specialized in a technique that was known to be "The Gold Standard" of Chiropractic: The Gonstead System.
He attends several seminars a year to continue his education and perfect his craft. Dr. Ruane's greatest ambition is to spread health, wellness, and a better quality of life and now serves the community of Collin County.
MY PERSONAL JOURNEY:
From the beginning my main drive has come from the success my patients get from Gonstead Chiropractic. Back when I was in Chiropractic school, I came across this video. The 17 year old boy hadn’t been able to stand up in 3 months and could barely walk. No practitioner could help him. After traveling to the opposite side of the globe to find a doctor who could help him, he experienced such a quick and powerful recovery from what was a hopeless circumstance. I fell in love with it and learned it was the Gonstead Method of Chiropractic. That was when my life time study of the Gonstead System started. As I learned more, I knew that mastering the Gonstead method as a licensed doctor was what I wanted to do. By the 4th trimester, I fully dedicated myself to learning the Gonstead method of Chiropractic. Little did I know how that decision would affect me personally shortly there after.

Sally Ruane, C.A.
Meet Sally, the unstoppable force of energy and creativity. With a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, she knows how to dig deep and get things done. She's married to Dr. Joe, who probably wonders how she manages to balance a full-time job and being a full-time mom while still finding time to rebrand Prodigy Chiropractic and design its interiors.
But Sally's secret? Designer shoes, country music, and lots of Starbucks coffee. She's fluent in two languages and is currently learning Spanish and Korean, which is a testament to her commitment to self-improvement. Sally's fitness regime has her looking toned and fabulous, but don't be fooled, she still loves to indulge in her favorite foods. She's currently working on starting a second business because, let's face it, one business is just not enough for Sally. She's a happy and talkative person who surrounds herself with successful, like-minded people. So, if you ever need a dose of energy, just hang out with Sally and let her contagious enthusiasm lift your spirits!

Shirin Ruane, C.A.
Meet Shirin, the youngest and most ambitious member of our family chiropractic business. At only 4 years old, she's already taking on important tasks like closing the doors and restocking water bottles, all while dreaming of becoming a chiropractor and taking over the family business by 2051.
When she's not hard at work at the office, Shirin enjoys indulging in her favorite treats: organic gummy bears and chocolate milk. But don't be fooled by her sweet tooth - Shirin is also a dedicated athlete, practicing taekwondo
ten times a week and pursuing her passion for ballet. While some might think Shirin is just a little girl with big dreams, we know she has the drive and determination to make them a reality. So watch out, world - this young prodigy is on her way to becoming a force to be reckoned with in the world of chiropractic care. So if you're ever in need of an adjustment or just want to say hi to our resident superhero, stop by our office and meet Shirin. We promise she'll bring a smile to your face and a spring to your step.
